Small business owner reviewing funding numbers with a calculator and laptop

3 Free Calculators to Check a Merchant Cash Advance Before You Sign

Before you accept any funding offer, you should know three numbers: how much you can qualify for, what you will pay back in total, and what that cost looks like as an APR. We built three free tools on our merchant cash advance page that answer all three in seconds. Each one works without an application and without a credit check.

1. How Much Can I Qualify For?

Enter your average monthly revenue, pick your industry and tell us whether you have been in business for at least a year. The estimator shows a funding range and which of our programs fits your revenue. Our marketplace program starts at $5,000 in monthly revenue, and our in-house Direct program starts at about $50,000 per month. Both require at least 1 year in business.

2. The Merchant Cash Advance Cost Calculator

Enter a funding amount, a factor rate, a term and any fee. You get your total payback, your estimated daily payment, the cost of the funding and the funds you actually receive. It is the fastest way to see what an offer really costs before you sign.

3. The Factor Rate to APR Converter

Banks quote an APR, but funders like us quote a factor rate. The converter turns one into the other so you can compare an offer side by side with a line of credit or a term loan. For example, a 1.35 factor rate repaid over 10 months works out to about a 75.7% APR equivalent. A merchant cash advance is not a loan and has no interest rate, so this figure is a comparison tool only. Because the cost is spread over a short repayment period, the number looks high next to a long-term loan.

Try all three

Open the free calculators and run your own numbers. When you are ready, apply with a soft credit pull only. Offers usually arrive in 1 to 5 hours on a complete file, and funding is usually 24 to 48 hours from application, from $10,000 to $5,000,000. You can also read exactly how our pricing works on our Transparent Terms page.

These tools give estimates for illustration only and are not an offer. Actual amounts, factor rates, fees and terms depend on underwriting and are stated in your funding agreement. Funding is subject to approval.
