In order to evaluate your decisions you can think about in what area of your company’s business operations does it fall short of meeting its main goal. You can analyze what isn’t working in your company and collect information relevant to that problem and find out what’s been inconsistent in that activity before you reach your final decision. An example of this would be finding out that the products your company makes have been periodically over budgeted so by looking into the financial activities concerning product pricing you can acquire data that can  be of use to the product development center of the business so that they don’t go over budget again.

Through transparency, you will come to find that your customers would be more lenient towards your company when it comes to its shortcomings after your business explains the reasons why things did not go as planned. Sometimes things don’t work the way your organization intended it work but by being transparent your business has already established its reputation for being honest with its customers. By being transparent people would not assume any failure on your business’s part would be due to dishonest or fraudulent business practices.
